THE BENEFITS OF PRE-APPROVAL Pre-approval as opposed to pre-qualification, signifies that the loan application has been taken through a rigorous procedure, and you're ready to buy! Pre-approval will make your process easier, faster and more enjoyable. You'll have the confidence in knowing exactly where you stand from a reputable lender, as opposed to pre-qualification, which from some lenders, isn't worth much. I want my clients to know exactly how things are, and if they need to work something out, we'll have the time to do so prior to our serious home looking. This puts you in a much better position, but especially a better frame of mind. I am very particular in choosing the lenders I refer to my clients. I use only honest and forthright people who are true professionals, and who will get back to us in a timely manner. This is important beyond words. DOWN PAYMENTS Zero down payment programs are available. Some of the programs are USDA loans, V. A., and South Dallas County program. This program will pay up to $7500 toward down payment AND closing costs. Down payments can come from a family member, 401K, and other sources.
