My knowledge of a wide variety of builders, locations, prices, financing packages, and special incentives means that you'll find the best home for your money, and you'll not only save money, but your precious time as well.

I take the time to get to know you, to understand your family's needs (location, price range, financing, etc.) and then I use my vast database of new and even HUD homes to find the homes that best suit your needs. So you only visit the builders who have homes that would interest you. And because I'm not a typical real estate agent, you won't find me breathing down your neck as you're making your decision.
